Integrated Review™ (iReview) v9.0 New Fuctionality
General- Alert mechanism (requires reporting server process(es)) – which processes scheduled data condition checks, then executes associated report object (if requested) and emails alert recipients of condition.
- Patient Selection Criteria – added up/down arrows to reorder entries in defined patient selection criteria.
- Resource privilege is no longer needed for any user defined object – such as Pivot Panels, Range Variables, Visual Subsets, etc. All such items are now defined either by ‘in-line views’ or entries in shared ReviewAdmin tables.
- Transitioned to an updated version of spreadsheet control for all areas of spreadsheet display and storage – leading to increased cell size of 16,384 characters and row, column limits of 2 billion throughout.
- Support for user defined ‘New Events’ – for multiple baseline or endpoint defintions – in areas supporting baseline/endpoint function previously.
- ‘New Item’ definitions supported throughout. Previously, some areas of the product (CrossTabs and certain types of graphs) excluded use of ‘New Item’ calculations.
Patient Profile Browser - Graphic patient profile – numerous enhancements to support alphabetic sort, category level filters, improved normal range change/missing conditions, view profile templates.Patient Visit Matrix – now supports user selected patient ID item – in addition to defaulting to configured patient ID key
- Tabular Profiles (Workbook & Formatted) – configuration option to specify if default condition includes all panels or no panels.Tabular Profiles (Workbook & Formatted) – ability to suppress key items from default item display – similar to DataBrowser key item suppress config.
Report Browser
- Detail & Summary Listing (spreadsheet reports) – now support more interactive post-execution modification (sorts, column re-arrange).
- Difference display mechanism (‘diff’, ‘end’) on spreadsheet report output icon toolbar, providing run-time difference display between two reports – typically used to compare report output from different run dates.
Graph Browser
- Changed ‘graph library’ – improving visual quality of generated graphics.
- New graph type: ‘Scatter X vs Y with mean Y’ plot
- New graph type: ‘Population distribution’ (probability density) plot.
- Changes to generated graph specifications (text, axis labels, ranges, etc) can be saved for re-application when run with new data.
CrossTabBrowser
- Added ‘N(%)’ and descend sort to CrossTabs – with user selected denominator (‘All patients’ or ‘Active Subset’). Also added checkbox to allow users to choose between ‘Total’ row/columns as Row Sum/Col Sum (default) or ‘Totals=SubjCount’ which displays subject counts for each row/col ‘recap’ entry. Also – many other options for controlling denominator.
- Added ‘CrossTab – Side by Side Columns’ – new crosstab type – which displays selected Columns across (not nested). Each column (by selected row items) is retrieved separately – without intermediate joins – so statistics from each column are independent of each other.
